Registration

All dancers at Dance Fabulous, LLC must complete a registration/release form. Allow a few extra minutes prior to your first class to complete this form or print the PDF and bring it with you. Please read the release form carefully prior to completing it.

Classes at Dance Fabulous, LLC are for dancers over the age of 18.
